As the Bates Vision Clinic is funded solely by the donations/fees if less than 48 hours notice is given or "No Show" the donation/fee will still be payable.
A substitute may be provided by the client, or the BVC may be able to fill the vacancy at short notice. If this is the case, the original person will not be liable to pay.
